These terms govern your use of Edveera. We have written them in plain language so you actually understand what you are agreeing to. Please read them before purchasing.
1. Who operates Edveera

2. What Edveera is
Edveera is an AI-powered exam coaching platform that helps students prepare for Cambridge International and Edexcel examinations. The platform provides two core services: the Mark Scheme Explainer, which interprets official mark schemes in student-friendly language, and the Pattern Intelligence Engine, which analyses historical exam patterns.
Edveera is a study aid. It is not a replacement for a teacher, tutor, or the official curriculum. AI-generated explanations are based on official mark schemes but should always be cross-referenced with your teacher, especially for extended response questions.
3. What Edveera is NOT
To be completely transparent about the boundaries of our service:
Edveera does not guarantee any specific exam grade or result.
Edveera does not predict exam questions. The Pattern Intelligence Engine shows historical frequency data framed as probability weighting, not prediction.
Edveera is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Cambridge Assessment International Education, Pearson Edexcel, or any exam board.
Edveera does not provide the official mark schemes themselves — it provides AI-generated interpretations and explanations of them.
4. Account registration
To access paid features, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent to use this service.
One account per person. Account sharing is not permitted — see section 8 for details.
5. Exam Season Passes — what you are buying
When you purchase an Exam Season Pass, you are buying access to the Edveera platform for a specific subject, exam board, and exam session (e.g., Cambridge A-Level Mathematics, May/June 2026).
Access begins immediately upon purchase.
Access ends when the exam session concludes, as defined by the official exam board calendar.
Passes are one-time purchases. There are no subscriptions, no auto-renewals, and no recurring charges.
Bundle pricing (2-subject, 3-subject) is applied automatically at checkout.
Passes are non-transferable between accounts.
6. Pricing and payment
All prices are displayed in USD and are inclusive of any applicable processing fees. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Any price change will not affect passes already purchased.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details on our servers. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
You will receive a purchase confirmation email at the email address associated with your account.
7. Refund policy
Our full refund policy is available at edveera.com/refunds. In summary:
If you are not satisfied that Edveera helped your exam preparation, email us within 7 days of your exam date for a full refund.
No questions asked. We process refunds within 1 business day.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe.
8. Acceptable use
You agree to use Edveera for personal exam preparation only. The following are not permitted:
Sharing your account credentials with other users.
Systematically scraping, downloading, or redistributing Edveera content, AI explanations, or pattern analysis data.
Attempting to manipulate the AI through prompt injection or submitting content designed to override system instructions.
Using Edveera content for commercial purposes — including reselling explanations, creating derivative products, or distributing analysis reports.
Attempting to reverse-engineer the platform, its AI prompts, or its data processing methods.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.
9. AI-generated content disclaimer
Edveera uses artificial intelligence to generate mark scheme explanations. While we take extensive measures to ensure accuracy — including grounding all AI output in official mark scheme content and manual quality review — AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors.
Every AI explanation includes a source citation and a disclaimer. You should always cross-reference AI explanations with your teacher for extended response questions.
Edveera is not liable for any inaccuracy in AI-generated content or for any exam result achieved after using the platform.
10. Intellectual property
The Edveera platform, including its design, code, AI prompt engineering, and original content, is the intellectual property of [REGISTERED BUSINESS NAME].
Past paper questions and mark schemes referenced within the platform are the intellectual property of their respective exam boards (Cambridge Assessment International Education, Pearson Edexcel). AI-generated explanations produced by Edveera are provided for your personal educational use only.
11. Availability and uptime
We aim for 99.5% uptime, especially during exam season windows. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Occasional maintenance or unexpected outages may occur.
We will never schedule maintenance during the 6-week period before any major exam session.
If a significant outage occurs during exam season that prevents you from accessing purchased content, we will extend your access period accordingly or offer a refund.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, [REGISTERED BUSINESS NAME] shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Edveera.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your most recent Exam Season Pass.

13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
Continued use of Edveera after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
